The State of Alaska has changed their former Comfort One program to POLST. The new POLST orders and website can be seen here https://www.akpolst.org/. This website will serve as the designated Alaska state website to host the Alaska POLST form and educational materials. This website is developed and maintained in collaboration with DHSS, ASHNHA, and the members of the Alaska State POLST workgroups.
