ETT Registration Info for Students

Updated information for both current ETTs and new students.

Current ETTs:

Current ETTs* with an existing registration in SEREMS database and a card that is current and valid on July 1, 2024 will have a state account created for them. We will upload all current ETT’s and an account will be created with your First Name, Last Name and the email address your course instructor provided to us during the class. Your login info will go to your email address.

Your ETT Certification will then be visible in the public viewing area, along with other EMS clinicians. You will also be able to log in and download a copy of your certificate or wallet card.

If you do not receive this email, or are not listed in the public viewing area, send us an email with your instructor name, course dates and we will send you further instructions.

If you have trouble logging in, Please Don’t create another account. Email: EMSinfo@alaska.gov for help in resetting your existing account.

You receive an email 90 days before your card expires with instructions on renewing. You will need to update your profile with the CME you have earned throughout your certification period. During the application process you will verify that you maintain a valid CPR credential.

* Current ETTs should have received an email from ETT@SEREMS.org with an ETT certificate /card. If you did not receive one, please contact your instructor and ask them to ensure they completed your class.

New ETT Students:

New students taking ETT classes will create an account at the Alaska EMS Licensure Management Site. Please make sure you do not already have an existing account.

Your instructor will let you know if you need to enroll in your class, or they will add you.

Upon completion of your class, your instructor will upload your test scores and mark your course complete.

You can then login and submit an ETT application. Go to “Applications”, then “my applications”, then select the ETT Application.

The application will ask you to confirm you have a valid CPR card and meet the requirements of certification.

Your instructor will let you know if you need to pay the $25.00 certification fee or if they have covered the class. If you need to pay the fees go to our store and enter your name and class number during the check-out process. Youth 18 and younger are Free. You can also purchase ETT patches and pins from this site.
