No more Enrollware for ETT certifications! ETT registrations have moved to the Alaska EMS Licensure Management System.

Important information: As of July 1, we are in the midst of transferring all ETT students to the state system. This has taken longer than expected.

Only classes that were closed out properly in the SEREMS enrollware site will be transferred. This includes a complete roster with student name and a student email in the SEREMS Enrollware system. If your classes only had the instructor email listed for each student, those students will not have accounts created on the Alaska State EMS licensure System Site.

Please note also- if you did not enter your class in the SEREMS Enrollware account, we do not have access to your student information and can not connect them to the state system. For these classes you must email carin.marter@alaska.gov and have her open your class. Then follow the current steps to get your students certified.

Prior Registration Site: SEREMS Enrollware.

Here’s how to manage your course registrations:

  1. A video with complete directions is available as an instructor update at: https://learn.dhss.alaska.gov/ every instructor will need to take this update. Its short and a great video that guides you through course creation and closing out your class, including student applications.

Course Creation:

  1. Apply for the course approval at the Alaska EMS Licensure Management System (as you have always done). You will receive a letter from the state with course number, dates and directions on closing your class.

2. You can choose open enrollment for your class which allows students to find your class and self register or you can add them to your roster (please note, only students with active accounts can be added or enrolled). *If your students need help creating an account please refer to ETT Registration Info.

This is what that section looks like while creating a course to allow registrations:

If you choose to populate your class roster with students this is what that will look like: (please note, only students with active accounts can be added or enrolled)

Enter your class schedule and syllabus under the documents tab.

Closing out your class:

At the end of your class, you will close it out in the State LMS system by adding test scores, putting pass/fail and uploading skills portfolio sheets along with finalizing completion requirements sent in the approval letter:

Please complete number #6 and email Carin when your course is complete!

Please note that the state office will ensure your course has all its completion requirements when you email Carin Marter. We will also check your class when student application’s are submitted.

You can watch a full course creation video for instructors here. This video shows how to submit an initial or refresher class and close it out.

4. After your course is successfully closed, your students will then submit an application in the same system (all EMS levels). They must already have an account in the Alaska EMS Licensure Management System. More details for account creation are listed in ETT Student Details page.

5. ETT registrations are now $25.00 and can be paid on our Website either by each student or by the instructor for an entire class. If you are paying for an entire class, simply select the number of students and please enter your class number so we tie each class roster to this invoice. Youth are still free.

6. When your class is completed and closed by Carin, and student applications are complete, we will approve them and each student will receive an automatic ETT Card and Certificate in their email from emsinfo@alaska.gov and a paper copy in the mail. Their cards will also be in their registered profile available to download and will also be available for lookup in the public lookup area.

Thank you for teaching across Alaska! SEREMS is here to help with all your classes.

Any questions please email ETT@SEREMS.ORG

All instructors will be required to complete this online training at the state LMS site : https://learn.dhss.alaska.gov/course/search.php?q=ett+&areaids=core_course-course
